We’re working with NatWest to deliver a 12-day bootcamp targeting young people from underrepresented backgrounds to give them best chance of securing an apprenticeship role with NatWest. Successfully completing the bootcamp guarantees an interview with NatWest.
The application journey
1. Apply
Take the time to research the opportunity and check you’re eligible, then fill out the form with as much detail as possible. We process applications as soon as we receive them, so apply early to avoid missing out. We’ll aim to get back to you within 2 weeks!
2. Info Session
We’ll check you’re eligible according to our criteria, looking at your background and your education. If you are, you’ll receive an invitation to attend an online info session where you can ask any questions. This is a compulsory part of the process.
3. Assessment Centre
If you attend the info session, you’ll be invited to one of our Assessment Centres which will be in person. This is your chance to show us who you are, and why you think this is the opportunity for you!
3. Receive an offer!
All successful candidates will then receive an offer to join the bootcamp. Once you accept, your spot is guaranteed and we’ll send you everything you need in advance of the bootcamp starting in the summer!

Providing Financial Services

Accountant Technician
Do you consider yourself to be highly analytic and great with numbers? As an Accountant Technician, you’ll be creating and reviewing key financial informational so a keen eye for detail is essential. Read more here.
