WE HAVE EXCITING NEWS!

The Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) will be introduced in Autumn 2021 allowing people to
qualify as a Solicitor without having a degree. This opens up opportunities for young people facing disadvantage to pursue a career as a lawyer via the apprenticeship route. And we have the experience to support them to do so.

How can you support?

In partnership with education provider, BPP, we will use our extensive network to recruit talented young people facing disadvantage and help them to develop relevant skills and confidence through a skills bootcamp. With your support, we will then place the young people into paid legal apprenticeships.

We will offer line manager training to the law firms who choose to partner with us on this fantastic scheme. This will allow managers to feel fully prepared and we will provide 12 months of bespoke support to both our partners and young people to ensure a successful apprenticeship start for all.

Together we will ensure that young talent is not wasted whilst improving diversity and representation within the legal sector.
