Dear Supporters, Employers and Friends

I have had the privilege of leading Leadership Through Sport & Business since 2013 and am delighted to share our 2020 Impact Report. I am extremely proud of the young people whose lives we have positively impacted over the years and the LTSB team who always go the extra mile. I am also very grateful to all our supporters and volunteers, employers, funding partners, delivery partners and champions.

For the last couple of years, I have been discussing with our Trustees my desire to step down from the CEO role to focus on specific areas of the charity’s development. In January we started the process and Boyden provided extensive pro bono support to find someone with previous CEO experience in the Third Sector with proven ability to develop our charity.

David Pinchin joins me in welcoming Paul Evans as Co-CEO until 30th June, after which time he will lead the charity. Our mission has never been more important and Paul’s experience of dealing with challenges, including multiple and complex areas such as homelessness, mental health, sexual violence services and a range of youth provision, is invaluable as we tackle the issues caused by Covid-19. He will ensure a robust future for the charity so that we can transform the lives of many more young people.
