Our new short film is here!

At LTSB, we believe social mobility is a question of fairness, which is why our vision is of a world where young people can choose their career. We know that when the young people we work are given the right support and preparation, they thrive, so we decided to make a video to bring this to life.

Commissioned by our funders at Santander Foundation, the initial concept was born out of exploratory calls with our director Richard Ampeh and executive producer Chris Payne from the Media Trust. The aim was to showcase the impact of LTSB through the real voices of our young people, employer partners and staff, and we are excited to be able to share the final result!

Help us spread the message!

Our 5-year strategy is all about building our networks to be able to support even more young people to access life-changing careers. Please help us do this by sharing our video on social media and with your network, or get in touch with us directly to discuss how we can work together.

Thanks to our contributors

We’re so grateful to our alumni – Tyresse, Yolanda, Grace, Liv, Anais, Bola, Nabhan, Musa, Michal and Jessica – our employer partners Lynn Lovell and Jordan Jones, and our Programmes Director Shamaine Armstrong, who took part in filming in London and Manchester to bring to life the impact of LTSB.

Thank you also to PageGroup for providing the venue for our London filming. Check out some BTS footage here!

Finally, thank you again to Santander Foundation for funding this project, and Media Trust for managing the whole project.
