Before you start your fundraising for LTSB*, you must agree to the terms and conditions below. These terms are a fundraising agreement between you and LTSB.

  • I understand that the event is not organised by LTSB, but by a third-party event organiser. It’s my responsibility to read the terms and conditions issued by the event organiser and comply with these.
  • I will adhere to the third party’s registration process to confirm my entry. I understand that if I fail to do this before the deadline specified by LTSB, I may lose my place in the event and any registration fee will be non-refundable.
  • I understand that LTSB may need to share my name and email address with the event organiser and where necessary, with other third parties involved in the administration of the event.
  • I am medically and physically fit and understand that I take part in this event at my own risk. LTSB won’t be held responsible for any injury or illness related to my training or participation in this event.
  • I understand that my place can’t be transferred to another person or event.
  • I understand that any registration fee paid is non-refundable and will not count towards my fundraising target.
  • I acknowledge that all funds raised for LTSB are held on trust and I’m legally obliged to ensure that LTSB receives the donated funds.
  • I commit to raising the minimum fundraising target specified for the event. Any fundraising will be sent to LTSB within 4 weeks post-event.
  • I’m aware and acknowledge that LTSB reserves its right to cancel my place in the event should I fail to comply with my agreed obligations or should I fail to meet my fundraising obligations to LTSB’s satisfaction.
  • I understand that Gift Aid doesn’t count towards my fundraising target.
  • If I’m unable to take part in this event, I’ll notify LTSB by email as soon as possible.
    • I understand that my place in the event may be deferred (upon confirmation from LTSB on a case by case basis) and I meet the following criteria:
    • I’ve notified LTSB of my wish to defer ahead of the event-specific deadline.
    • Once the deferral is confirmed, all money I’ve raised will be transferred to next year’s event and I’ll ensure I meet the fundraising target for the event in line with the new event schedule.
  • Deferrals are always at the discretion of LTSB.
