Through our professional training programmes, we provide crucial support, including mentorship, skills training, and work experience, to help these young individuals unlock their full potential and secure a career equal to their talent and ambition.

Donate a mince pie and mulled wine
Love a mince pie and mulled wine? Why not donate the cost of your festive treats to LTSB? A donation of £10 could fund a Christmas meal for one of our young people, bringing a little extra joy to their holiday season.
Christmas Jumper competition
Got the best (or ugliest!) Christmas jumper? Why not enter our LTSB Christmas Jumper competition, judged by our very own Youth Voice – LTSB alumni who have been through our programmes! For a suggested donation of just £5 per entry, you can send us a photo of your festive jumper by the 17th December and let the fun begin!
Send a motivational message
Want to inspire a young person with a motivational message or career tip? For a suggested donation of just £3, you can send a message or short 30 second video clip to encourage our young people. Your words of support could make all the difference.

What can your donation do for a young person this Christmas?
🎄 £10 could fund a Christmas meal for a young person at a Christmas get together, helping them feel valued and part of the festive celebrations.
🎄 £5 could go towards buying smart clothing for a young person attending a job interview, giving them the confidence to make a great first impression.
🎄 £3 could cover the cost of travel for a young person to attend one of our life-changing training programmes, opening doors to new opportunities.
