You don’t need a law degree to build a successful legal career. You just need the right support, the right connections, and someone to back your potential.

Our Law Programme is designed for young people in London, aged 18–24 who are passionate about law but haven’t had the opportunities or access others might take for granted. Over 8 weeks, we’ll give you the tools, skills, and connections you need to take your first step into the legal profession, whether that’s as a paralegal apprentice, legal assistant, or in another role that gets your foot in the door.

Career Prospects

Previous participants on the Law Programme have gone on to secure a range of positions with leading law firms including; Solicitor Apprentice, Paralegal Officer and Family Law Clerk.

Location

Our Law Programme operates in London only. You must live within London in order to be eligible.

Dates

Bootcamp start date: 03/10/2025

The bootcamp is fulltime for 8 weeks. You must be available for the duration of the bootcamp.

What to expect

Guaranteed Interviews: Successfully completing the bootcamp means that we’ll secure an interview with for apprenticeships or permanent roles offering at least the National Living Wage.

Ongoing Support: Receive direct coaching during the bootcamp and continued check-ins throughout the early stages of employment.

Networking Opportunities: Engage with senior professionals from various legal specialisms, including criminal law, family law, and corporate law.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Law Programme you must meet the following requirements;

✅ 18-24 years old
✅ Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers
✅ Did not attend a private / fee-paying school
✅ 5 GCSEs grade 4 or above and including Maths and English plus a minimum of 96 UCAS points gained from 3 A-Levels or 1 BTEC Extended Diploma (Level3)

1. Apply

Take the time to research the opportunity and check you’re eligible, then fill out the form with as much detail as possible. We process applications as soon as we receive them, so apply early to avoid missing out. We’ll aim to get back to you within 2 weeks!

2. Info Session

We’ll check you’re eligible according to our criteria, looking at your background and your education. If you are, you’ll receive an invitation to attend an online info session where you can ask any questions. This is a compulsory part of the process.

3. Assessment Centre

If you attend the info session, you’ll be invited to one of our Assessment Centres which will be in person. This is your chance to show us who you are, and why you think this is the opportunity for you!

3. Receive an offer!

All successful candidates will then receive an offer to join the bootcamp. Once you accept, your spot is guaranteed and we’ll send you everything you need in advance of the bootcamp!
