Our Business Programme is designed for young people aged 18-24 who want to explore different career paths and build real experience, without having to have it all figured out yet. Delivered part-time over a period of six weeks, the programme gives you time to grow your confidence, develop practical workplace skills and learn about a wide range of business roles across different types of companies.
You’ll work with multiple employers, take part in hands-on workshops, and get support with applications and interviews for real paid roles. Along the way, our team will be there with one-to-one support, helping you navigate opportunities, overcome challenges and feel ready to step into the workplace and succeed.
