At LTSB, we work with bright, motivated young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who have the potential to succeed in professional careers but lack access to networks, guidance, support and opportunity.
Through sector-specific training, employer partnerships and sustained pastoral support, we help young people secure meaningful employment and build long-term careers.
We cannot do this without the support of individuals and organisations who believe that background should not determine future success.

Payroll Giving
(Give As You Earn)
Payroll Giving is a simple and tax-efficient way to make regular donations to LTSB directly from your salary.
Your donation is taken from your gross pay after National Insurance but before Income Tax is calculated. This means you receive the full value of tax relief immediately – making it particularly effective for medium and higher rate taxpayers.
Because your gift is taken before tax, it costs you less while LTSB receives the full amount.

Leave a Gift in Your Will
A gift in your will to LTSB is a powerful way to ensure that talented young people are not limited by their background for generations to come.
Our work depends on the generosity of people who believe that opportunity should be based on potential, not circumstance. A legacy gift of any size helps secure the long-term future of our programmes and the young people we support.
Types of legacy gift
There are three main ways to leave a gift to LTSB:
Residuary
A percentage (or the remainder) of your estate after other gifts and expenses have been distributed.
Pecuniary
A fixed sum of money.
Specific
A particular asset, such as shares, property or personal items.
Residuary gifts are often the most flexible option, as they retain their proportional value over time.
