I think this programme has greatly benefited me as a young person with less experience and education in getting into the world of work. I’ve gained great insight into the industry and met a great network of people each with valuable advice which has helped me on my journey.

LTSB have changed my life. They are so lovely and a genuine community that stick with you even after you finish the bootcamp. I feel like I wouldn’t be the person I am now without them.

My experience was definitely an opportunity I’ll never have again, I am really grateful to have participated and come out successful! It’s a wonderful programme would definitely recommend to the younger generation who are unemployed!

I came into this bootcamp not knowing what to expect and came out 3 weeks later with the most employment experience I have ever received, excellent support and guidance from LTSB staff and a whole cohort of new friends from different places as well as connections within the industry I applied for. I have not only learned but also enjoyed my time with LTSB.

I began the bootcamp quite unsure and filled with worries that I wouldn't reach my potential or that employers wouldn't even consider my application. The bootcamp acted as a bridge to employers, providing practical skill sessions where I learnt to put my best foot forward and gained confidence in myself. Throughout the past year, the support has made me feel more at ease when learning and working, giving me the confidence to get involved with more opportunities like presenting ideas to industry leaders which I may have hesitated to do so otherwise. Finding this programme has allowed me to live in stability and see a path forward.

Getting my ACA feels like a huge achievement, but honestly, the journey really began at LTSB. I picked up real professional skills, saw what opportunities were out there, and even made friends for life along the way. I hope my story shows that young people like me can go far with the proper support and opportunities.
