Programme Content
Through workshops and employer-led sessions, you’ll build practical skills, grow your confidence and understand real workplace expectations to help you stand out not just on paper, but in interviews and in the workplace.
Employability Workshops
Level up your workplace skills including delivering presentations, CV writing and communicating professionally.
Corporate Insight
Get used to being in corporate spaces and learn how to network with senior business professionals.
Interview Practice
Sharpen your interview skills, learn how to succeed at assessment centres and let your potential shine.
Example Timetable
Our Business Programme runs three days a week, giving you space to learn, grow and stay on track. Each week is designed to help you build new skills, boost your confidence and see real progress as you go. Below is an example of what a typical week could look like.
Monday
Day off
Many candidates use the days off to focus on their part-time jobs or work on their job applications.
Tuesday
Insight Day
You’ll be hosted by one of our partners and get to find out about the business and build your network.
Wednesday
LTSB Workshop
Either online or in a corporate office, we’ll deliver our tried-and-tested workshops focussed on key skills.
Thursday
Teamwork Session
Our timetables are designed to challenge you, so you’ll have team projects to put your skills to the test.
Friday
Day off
An opportunity to recap what you’ve covered in the week and reflect on your upcoming goals.
Ongoing Support
Once the main programme wraps up, we don’t just leave you to it. For 12 months, our team will be actively on hand to check in with, and you’ll also be eligible to join LTSB’s growing alumni community.
We’ll share opportunities and support you with your own applications, as well helping you keep your interview skills fresh.
We’ll help you transition into the workplace and overcome any challenges with regular check ins.
You’ll be invited to join the LTSB Alumni Community to connect with past participants and access events and opportunities.
