Volunteers’ Week is back!

We’re proud to be taking part in Volunteers’ Week 2026, as we recognise and celebrate the incredible corporate partners working with us to transform young lives.

At LTSB, our mission is to create opportunities and enable brighter futures for talented young people, regardless of their background. Partnership and collaboration are the key to achieving this and for over a decade, we’ve partnered with leading organisations to build fairer access to professional careers. We’re very proud to work alongside our incredible corporate partners, whose support makes this possible.

Our volunteers are pivotal in helping young people from disadvantaged backgrounds take positive steps towards meaningful and sustainable careers. When you volunteer with LTSB, you can help young people grow in confidence, expand their aspirations and gain real-world exposure to professional careers they may never otherwise have access to.

There are many ways to get involved, including taking part in mock interviews, hosting students for a Corporate Insight Day or offering work experience, to providing real apprenticeship opportunities,

There are multiple benefits for our volunteers, such as:

Access diverse talent

Connect with motivated young people who bring fresh perspectives, drive, and untapped potential into your workforce.

Hire with confidence

Our pastoral support continues beyond placement – helping young people thrive in the workplace.

Inspire your people

Provide staff with meaningful – and fun – opportunities, supporting leadership development and team engagement.

Make a social impact

Create long-term change in the local community, opening access to young people on your doorstep.

Drive Social Mobility

Our deep expertise helps you reach under-represented talent in a credible, structured way.

Build your brand

Demonstrate your commitment to equality and build trust with clients, candidates, and communities.

This week is an opportunity to say thank you to our corporate partners. Your support plays a vital role in challenging inequality and helping young people has helped young people gain confidence, develop skills and access opportunities they may never have thought possible.

But the impact goes both ways. Volunteering also helps businesses strengthen employee engagement, develop leadership and communication skills, and build more inclusive and socially conscious workplace cultures.

When businesses invest their time and expertise, they help create fairer pathways into employment while building stronger, more diverse talent pipelines for the future.

Talent is everywhere — opportunity isn’t. That’s why partnership and volunteering matter.

Working with LTSB has been a phenomenal experience and we are proud to call them our national charity partner. A recent highlight for us at PageGroup was arranging a shadowing day for two young people with our Executive Board. We were blown away by the talent, drive and promise they showed, and everyone involved felt it was a mutually rewarding experience. We look forward to strengthening our partnership over the years to come. –  Sheri Hughes Global Inclusive Culture & Social Impact Director at PageGroup

We connect ambitious young talent with employers committed to breaking down barriers. Corporate volunteers play a direct role in helping young people realise their potential. They provide valuable insight, confidence and connections that can help shape their futures.
