Who we work with

I was absolutely clueless about what was required from me when I was submitting applications last year. I got rejected left, right and centre and I would have stayed completely demoralised if I didn't stumble across the LTSB programme. The people I met and insights I have gained has made me confident in myself and I am going into this application season feeling good and prepared to handle any interview and assessment centre that will come my way.

LTSB have changed my life. They are so lovely and a genuine community that stick with you even after you finish the bootcamp. I feel like I wouldn’t be the person I am now without them.

I learned that I am well articulated and that my voice matters. Make the most of this opportunity and get fully involved. Ask questions and actively participate and you will learn something valuable.

Since starting my job, I’ve experienced rapid growth and developed a real passion for my career. I’m more confident and motivated than ever. LTSB made a huge impact on my life, and I’m so grateful for their continued support even after the bootcamp ended.

The LTSB programme helped me maximise my skill set, gain invaluable advice and make meaningful connections. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone who is young, passionate and eager to get their foot through the door. It’s clear that everyone that works here is passionate and enthusiastic about the work that they do!

LTSB has played an influential role in helping me grow both personally and professionally. Through their support, guidance, and preparation, I’ve gained the confidence and skills needed to secure an apprenticeship. Now, I'm an Accounts Assistant at Naismiths Limited. Since starting my apprenticeship, I've gained valuable hands-on experience and continued to build my knowledge through my studies. It’s been a challenging but rewarding journey so far, and I’m excited to keep progressing in my career in finance.
