About the Programme
Young people from disadvantaged backgrounds face persistent barriers to accessing meaningful employment. Without intervention, this talent is at risk of being overlooked or under-employed.
LTSB’s Career Programmes prepare and connect able and ambitious 16-24-year-olds to real careers with leading employers. Through industry-specific pre-employment programmes and ongoing pastoral support, we ensure young people are not only work-ready, but able to thrive once hired.
Our programmes combine employability training, employer insight, real work experience and structured progression into paid roles and apprenticeships.
