Ways to Work with Us

Whether you want to hire, inspire, or invest, there are many ways to work with LTSB. From employing young people to volunteering your time or supporting through corporate giving, our partnerships help you make a real difference while benefiting your business.

Bring talented, work-ready young people into your organisation. Our Careers Programme model is made up of four stages, ensuring young people are equipped with the skills and support so that they’re ready to contribute from day one.

Promotion

We find able and ambitious candidates from disadvantaged backgrounds, checking eligibility with measures such as Free School Meal eligibility and the Index of Multiple Deprivation.

Preparation

We prepare young people for the workplace, and the workplace for young people. Our programmes combine sector-specific skills workshops with exposure to corporate settings.

Placement

We work with you, the employer, to place candidates into career-focussed roles, supporting fair recruitment and a smooth transition, with the option of tailored training for your line managers.

Presence

Our team is on-hand during the first year and beyond, providing regular, one-to-one pastoral support and community events to help new starters settle, perform and progress in their roles.

We offer a range of opportunities that deliver measurable social value, support ESG objectives and develop your people. We work in partnership with you to create meaningful ways to engage, through our Careers or Schools Programmes.

Employer Insight

Host insight sessions or workplace visits that give young people meaningful exposure to professional environments, while reinforcing your organisation’s commitment to social mobility.

Skills-Based Volunteering

Your employees can contribute their expertise through workshops, mock interviews and mentoring, developing their skills while making a meaningful difference to our programmes.

Venue Space

From boardrooms to event spaces, these are the settings where young people start to feel they belong. By providing facilities you will help us keep costs down and quality high.

Pro Bono & Professional Services

By providing specialist support you can strengthen LTSB’s organisational capacity and ensure our funding and programmes deliver maximum long-term impact.

Support LTSB financially to help scale our programmes and deliver long-term social impact, while giving your team a meaningful way to contribute. Get in touch with our team to discuss what works for you.

Strategic Funding

Work with us through your corporate foundation to support targeted programmes or regions, helping scale proven interventions and deliver measurable, long-term social impact.

Charity of the Year

Adopt LTSB as a Charity of the Year to engage employees across your organisation, combining fundraising, volunteering and awareness to maximise impact for young people.

Payroll Giving

Enable employees to support social mobility through regular, tax-efficient payroll giving, providing sustainable funding that strengthens programme delivery and reach.

Staff Fundraising

We can offer places in some of the most exciting fitness and challenge events that build team connection, boost morale and raise vital funds to expand our work with young people.

Line Manager Training

Prepare your managers to get the best from young talent. Our practical “Working Together” training equips them to support, guide, and develop young people, helping them succeed, and your business thrive.

Our Programmes

Career Programmes

Our Career Programmes prepare and connect ambitious 16–24-year-olds with real careers. Participants gain the skills, confidence, and experience to succeed with leading employers. Tailored to specific industries, we combine our own curriculum with corporate insight and ongoing support to ensure long-term success.

Schools Programme

Our FutureYOU Schools Programme helps pupils explore their strengths, gain employer insight, and develop the language to describe their futures. Delivered in partnership with schools in areas of deprivation, we focus support on those who need it most to make informed decisions on their next steps.

Who we work with

Our work is made possible through partnerships with forward-thinking employers, corporate foundations, and funders who share our commitment to social mobility. By collaborating with us, they help shape programmes, provide insight and experience for young people, and support the next generation of talent.

It’s been an absolute pleasure to sponsor and provide some insights into our world and the career opportunities our sector can provide . I find it inspiring - as someone who fell into insurance - but need to make it more accessible as an industry and a choice in planning a career.

Kroll is proud to partner with LTSB because they share our commitment of bringing diversity of thought to the workforce. Not only does this partnership support LTSB providing opportunities for young people to gain hands-on experience in a corporate setting, but it also allows Kroll employees to volunteer their time and expertise to help those young people succeed.

Working with LTSB has been a phenomenal experience and we are proud to call them our national charity partner. A recent highlight for us at PageGroup was arranging a shadowing day for two young people with our Executive Board. We were blown away by the talent, drive and promise they showed, and everyone involved felt it was a mutually rewarding experience. We look forward to strengthening our partnership over the years to come.”
